Qualifications and Background

Olivier Claes was born in Antwerp, Belgium and relocated to the Sunshine Coast late 2003.

Mr. Claes was awarded the Diamond graders diploma by IGI (International Gemological Institute) after successfully completing the required examinations at their headquarters in Antwerp.
