When you do business with myself and my team here at Claes Diamonds, you can be assured of personal and superior service when it comes to diamond sale.
The easiest way for me to describe our diamond sale service is to walk you through the seven steps to diamond sale purchase. Here they are for you:
Step 1. Consultation
The first step in the diamond sale process is the personal consultation. The purpose of the consultation is to get to know you and assess your diamond and jewellery requirements.
Step 2. Market Research
Once we understand your diamond and jewellery requirements, we investigate the current market and search for suitable opportunities. Because of my strong international trade relationships, you can expect results that meet your requirements, exceed your expectations and are competitive with our industry colleagues.
Step 3. Design
If as part of the diamond sale, you require manufacturing services, we then help you to design a piece of jewellery that is to your liking and of superior craftsmanship and quality. At this stage, we will discuss with you function, budget and time, so we can achieve the best possible outcome for you.
Step 4. Quote
You are provided with a final quote and payment terms based upon your diamond sale instructions.
Step 5. Diamond Sourcing and Display
We then obtain the requested diamonds and invite you to a presentation of your diamonds.
Step 6. Jewellery Manufacturing Phase
We keep you informed of the manufacturing progress.
Step 7. Delivery
I will personally deliver your diamonds or jewellery piece. Any diamonds heavier than 0.29Ct are accompanied by a Grading Report and jewellery pieces are supplemented with an Independent Valuation.
